RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IAD RETURN POLICY

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Inter-Americandeco.com, you can return your unworn, unwashed, or defective item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of your online purchase.

For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 30 days, a Simply Natural credit will be issued. 

Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and mailed to you. If you used a coupon code, a new gift card will be issued to you in the amount paid for the item.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to two weeks, after receiving returned merchandise.

Exchange Policy
Even Exchanges: If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the first shipping cost back to you for continental US orders.

Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Price Adjustments

We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

Please note: We’re unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at our independent stores.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift from our website, you may return it us, using your own return shipping method. Once the return is received, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the return and mailed to the original shipping address.

The original order number is required to process your gift return. Please contact us for this information if you don’t have it. To help us locate the gift order, we’ll need the information for the person who purchased the gift.
